We are looking for distressed properties that meet the Golden Formula of 70% ARV - repairs or better that are ideal fix and flip. We have boots-on-the-ground in these counties and partners in place to successfully flip properties in a timely manner. We prefer 1950 - 1980 homes, 4/2s, 3/2s or 2/1s that have potential for full rehab, expansion and additional beds/baths.
