New Leaf Investment Company is a local, female owned real estate investment firm who believes in a win-win for all involved. We are located in Loudoun County, Virginia and we invest in Loudoun and Fairfax counties.

Why we do this? We love our community and Northern Virginia. And we truly care about the people in in these areas -we raised our children here. We know with our knowledge and problem solving skills we can help those who may be in a stressful financial situation or just  need help selling their property - quickly and easily.
